3.4 Prohibited Territories. 3.5 Capacity. By registering, you warrant that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party. You further warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms.
Age Verification: rs77 may suspend access to Real Money gaming and require age verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Providing false date of birth information constitutes fraud and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
4.1 Login Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rs77 login credentials including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. rs77 will never request your password by any means.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your rs77 account, you must notify rs77 support immediately. rs77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to safeguard your credentials.
4.3 Account Verification (KYC). rs77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by rs77 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. rs77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee not exceeding PKR 200 per month to inactive account balances, following written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate their account at any time by completing a rs77 login.
4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your rs77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance after deduction of applicable fees will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds are not redeemable upon account closure unless wagering requirements have been satisfied.

5.2 Deposit Minimums. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for other payment methods are published on the rs77 Wallet page and are subject to change. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. rs77 targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 10 minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfer and crypto withdrawals may vary. rs77 does not guarantee specific processing windows and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on the rs77 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a deposit is made via USDT TRC20, the PKR equivalent will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. rs77 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. rs77 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. rs77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification of the source of funds. Suspicious transaction activity will be reported to relevant authorities. Funds deposited must originate from legitimate sources owned by the account holder.
5.6 Chargebacks. You must not initiate a chargeback or payment reversal in relation to any rs77 deposit. Initiating a chargeback constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and recovery action for any losses suffered by rs77.
6.1 rs77 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to individual bonus terms which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between individual bonus terms and these Terms, the individual bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that specific offer.
6.2 Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages, minimum odds, and expiry dates are specified in the applicable bonus terms.

11.2 rs77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net Real Money Funds deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by rs77's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.
11.4 The rs77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rs77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions, for which rs77 accepts no liability.
12.1 rs77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where rs77 reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or where account closure is required to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation.
12.2 Upon account termination by rs77 for cause, rs77 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where fraud or prohibited activity is confirmed, to withhold Real Money Funds pending resolution of any investigation or legal proceedings.
12.3 You may close your rs77 account voluntarily at any time by contacting rs77 customer support. Voluntary closure does not affect rs77's right to retain transaction records for the periods required by applicable law and its anti-money laundering obligations.
13.1 rs77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the rs77 Privacy Policy in its entirety.
13.2 rs77 may share personal data with identity verification providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or by its anti-money laundering obligations.

14.1 rs77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, rs77 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the rs77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request closure of your account before the revised Terms take effect.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rs77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the rs77 platform shall first be submitted to rs77 customer support for informal resolution.
15.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice to rs77 customer support, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.
15.3 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights pending final resolution of a dispute.
